The sole purpose of Christian Women’s Fellowship (CWF) is to be a structured women’s program within the church. All women of the church would support the mission of the church through their offerings, talents and leadership, to engage in bible study, worship, service and action, as called upon by the church.
In January 1949, the United Christian Missionary Society established the CWF to encompass the individual church guilds, women’s councils, and various other independent women programs under one umbrella – the CWF.
CWF provides opportunities for spiritual growth, enrichment, education, and creative ministries to enable women to develop a sense of personal responsibility and accomplishment for the whole mission of the church of Jesus Christ.
Our CWF group was established in the early 1950’s and continues to play an important role within the structure of the Cadiz Christian Church. All women of our church are members of CWF and have an opportunity to participate to grow spiritually and support our church endeavors.
Normal monthly meetings are held the third Monday of each month in the Fellowship Hall at 12:30 for bible study, fellowship, and community services. Check for monthly updates and upcoming events that CWF will be involved with. We hope to see you at our next meeting.
